Abstract
Bahasa Mandarin telah menjadi salah satu Bahasa yang penting bagi bidang perhotelan. Dapat ditemukan indikator minat belajar berupa ketertarikan, keterlibatan, rasa senang dan perhatian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi Angkatan 2016,2017,2018 memiliki 380 mahasiswa di Program Studi Bisnis Perhotelan Universitas Agung Podomoro dan sampel yang digunakan 158 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui angket dengan skala pengukuran Guttman, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiwa Program Studi Bisnis Perhotelan di Universitas Agung Podomoro tidak memiliki ketertarikan atau minat belajar Bahasa Mandarin.
