Abstract

Rusun merupakan pilihan yang dipakai pemerintah untuk mengatasi kepadatan penduduk akibat urbanisasi yang tinggi. Hunian yang di buat vertikal ini mempu menampung banyak jiwa dengan menggunakan lahan yang tidak terlalu besar. Tahun ke tahun tingkat kepadatan masyarakat akan terus bertambah mengingat Jakarta merupakan salah satu kota besar di Indonesia. Dalam perancangan rusun ini tidak sebatas pada desain fisiknya saja tetapi diperlukan juga RTH atau Ruang Terbuka Hijau sebagai sarana interaksi antar penghuni dan area resapan air hujan. Sudah terdapat Undang – Undang mengenai RTH ini yaitu Nomor 26 tahun 2007.
