Abstract
Storytelling ini dilakukan untuk tujuan memperkenalkan kembali “Bakmi Loncat Elda” sebagai sebuah akulturasi makanan legendaris yang dipengaruhi budaya Tionghoa di Pecinan, Glodok. Juga untuk mengetahui strategi “Bakmi Loncat Elda” untuk mempertahankan bisnis hingga bisa eksis hingga 40 tahun, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi bertahan “Bakmi Loncat Elda” dalam menghadapi masa yang akan datang.
