Abstract
Ada banyak sekali faktor yang mempengaruhi suatu specialty coffee shop mulai dari kualitas biji kopi, kualitas pelayanan dan juga fasilitas yang disediakan. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mencari informasi mengenai profil bisnis dari Coffeegasm, juga cara Coffeegasm menjaga konsistensinya serta tanggapan dari konsumen kepada Coffeegasm. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan juga wawancara bersama empat narasumber (satu owner dan tiga konsumen). Dari penelitian ini bisa disimpulkan bahwa konsumen dari Coffeegasm mempunyai tanggapan yang positif mengenai Coffeegasm baik dari segi kopi hingga fasilitas, dan juga pelayanan yang sudah disediakan.
