Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Disclosure terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Pengungkapan ESG adalah praktik pengungkapan informasi perusahaan terkait isu lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola yang semakin diakui sebagai faktor penting dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh pemegang saham, investor, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Kinerja perusahaan dalam konteks ini diukur melalui berbagai indikator finansial dan non finansial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji hubungan tingkat Pengungkapan ESG dengan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keberlanjutan, laporan tahunan, dan data keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021-2022.
