Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, Reputasi KAP, dan Opini Auditor terhadap Audit Delay pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder untuk mengumpulkan informasi dalam bentuk laporan keuangan tahunan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua Perusahaan yang terlambat menyerahkan laporan audit berdasarkan Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 2016 - 2018 dan menggunakan purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan diproses menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya opini auditor yang mempengaruhi audit delay. Ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan reputasi kantor akuntan publik tidak mempengaruhi audit delay. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, reputasi kantor akuntan publik dan opini auditor mempengaruhi audit delay.
