Abstract
Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Sistem Inventori, Keakuratan Pemenuhan Unit, dan Dampak Motivasi terhadap Efisiensi Inventori perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu perusahaan mempertahankan persediaannya. Penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada PT. X dan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Sampel adalah orang yang bekerja di PT. X, diperoleh dari metode random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis uji korelasi Pearson.
