Abstract
Penelitihan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman peran Hubungan Masyarakat terhadap kinerja Ruang Divisi secara internal, metode penelitian ini mengunakan kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi, uji regresi serta uji hipotesis. Dengan hasil akhir penelitian yang sudah diterapkan berkesimpulan bahwa dengan demikian variabel pengaruh pemahaman peran Hubungan Masyarakat dinyatakan signifikan dan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel Kinerja Ruang Divisi, sehingga penelitian kuantitatif ini dinyatakan ada pengaruh di antara variable bebas kepada variable terikat.
