Abstract

Setiap perusahaan pastinya akan mempunyai sebuah peraturan yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan para pekerjanya dalam melakukan pekerjaan sehari-harinya agar lebih efisien, seragam dan juga sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan tersebut. Kumpulan peraturan tersebut biasa disebut sebagai standar prosedur operasional. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan studi analisis terhadap implementasi standar prosedur operasional di restoran The Place, Cordis Hotel, Hong Kong, dimana penulis telah menjalani 6 bulan masa magang dan melakukan observasi serhari-hari atas implementasi standar prosedur operasional tersebut. Setelah observasi dan juga mengambil data dari kuesioner yang telah disebar oleh penulis, sebuah analisis dalam penelitian implementasi standar prosedur operasional di restoran The Place dapat disimpulkan beserta dengan saran yang diajukan oleh penulis berdasarkan hasil observasi dan penelitian tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dengan cara kualitatif yang berdasarkan pada landasan teori yang di ungkapkan dalam Akyar (2012:378).
