Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the promotional mix which is conducted by Alila Villas Uluwatu Sales Event Team, and also to know the effect of promotional mix in increasing sales of wedding packages at Alila Villas Uluwatu and to know the most dominant promotional mix which affects the sales of wedding packages. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this research, the data collection technique that will be used is through interviews with 4 speakers who are Alila Villas Uluwatu sales event employees also through observation. Based on interviews and observations made, the results obtained that the promotional mix used is through social media, then through wedding exhibition, and also through distribution channels namely wedding organizers. and the promotion mix has an effect on increasing sales of wedding packages. Then, the most dominant promotional mix is through social media then also distribution channels namely wedding organizer, then through wedding exhibition.
