Abstract
Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan departement head terhadap motivasi belajar trainee di Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. Tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan departement head yang cocok, mengetahui skala motivasi belajar trainee dan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan departement head terhadap motivasi belajar trainee di Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji deskriptif dan uji korelasi untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi belajar dari trainee tingkat hubungannya adalah sedang.
