Abstract

Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin is an Italian restaurant located in Bvlgari Resort Bali which was established in 2017, where several times received complaints from visitors about their experience that was less than satisfactory or different from what they are expected at Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on existing indicators, on customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with a questionnaire as the primary data, and literature studies and other studies as the secondary data. The service quality must be improved for indicators that are not so good, and must be maintained and trained for indicators that are already good and satisfying. Especially in the Empathy indicator, it needs to be trained more to improve the quality of services for visitors, because this indicator is very important, where employees interact directly with guests.
