Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan elemen laporan terintegrasi dalam laporan tahunan yang diterbitkan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia terindeks IDX30. Penelitian ini juga menyajikan korelasi antara elemen laporan terintegrasi dengan nilai perusahaan yang dilihat dari harga penutupan saham, price to book value dan price earning ratio. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan tahunan yang diterbitkan perusahaan tahun 2017 sampai 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif eksplanatori. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana penerapan elemen laporan terintegrasi dalam laporan tahunan perusahaan yang disajikan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan yang dilihat dari harga penutupan saham, price to book value dan price earning ratio. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan elemen laporan terintegrasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga penutupan saham sedangkan cukup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap price to book value dan price earning ratio.
