Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis indikator peluang seseorang untuk menjadi justice collaborator. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah umur, pendapatan, nilai kasus kerugian, tuntutan, tersangka. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder penipuan korupsi di Mahkamah Agung periode 2017-2020. Dengan menggunakan SPSS (paket statistik untuk ilmu-ilmu sosial), metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji toleransi dan VIF, uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov , uji kointegrasi multivariat: Uji, estimasi SRESID dan ZPRED, uji t-statistik, uji F-statistik, koefisien determinasi (R²), dan Korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan umur, pendapatan, nilai kasus kerugian, dakwaan, tersangka secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap indikator justice collaborator. Besarnya nilai pengaruh adalah 74%, sedangkan 26% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain selain umur, pendapatan, nilai perkara kerugian, tuntutan, tersangka
