Abstract
Perancangan fungsi hunaian untuk lansia semakin dibutuhkan akibat meningkatnya angka harapan hidup setiap tahunnya. Namun, hingga saat ini, panti werdha hanya memenuhi kebutuhan fungsi fisik tanpa memperhatikan kualitas hidup lansia seperti kebutuhan fisik, psikologi, hubungan sosial dan lingkungan. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak lansia merasa terkucilkan dan terisolir saat mereka memasuki panti werdha, dimana hal ini dapat mempercepat proses degeneratif dari lansia itu sendiri. Untuk bisa memenuhi standar kualitas hidup lansia, perancangan program antargenerasi di panti werdha dengan pendekatan arsitektur hijau dilakukan, dimana program diketahui dapat meningkatkan fungsi fisik, psikologi, sosial dan lingkungan baik untuk lansia dan juga anak-anak. Diharapkan proposal perancangan panti dengan program intergenerational ini memiliki dampak positif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup khususnya lansia dan anak-anak.
