Abstract
Faktor yang mempengaruhi pergerakan tingkat harga saham adalah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal yang dapat dikelola dan dikendalikan oleh perusahaan disebut fundamental dan berkaitan dengan pendapatan perusahaan yang akan diperoleh.berupa capital gain dan deviden oleh investor dimana faktor ini akan mempengaruhi penawaran dan permintaan saham yang diperdagangkan di pasar. Ada lebih dari 62 perusahaan di sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) namun hanya 8 perusahaan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk melihat ada tidaknya hubungan price earning ratio, earning per share, return on asset, return on equity dan debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham pada properti dan sektor real estate dalam 5 tahun terakhir (2016-2020).
