Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan dan Kepemilikan NPWP terhadap Penggunaan Sistem Pembayaran Digital dalam Transaksi E-Commerce. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel bebas yaitu umur, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan dan Kepemilikan NPWP. Variabel terikatnya adalah Sistem Pembayaran Digital. Sampel penelitian ini adalah warga Rusunawa Pulo Gebang, Jakarta Timur di seluruh Blok (A-F). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner yang dibagikan langsung ke grup Whatsapp warga. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan dan kepemilikan NPWP tidak berpengaruh terhadap sistem pembayaran digital, tetapi lebih berpengaruh terhadap sistem pembayaran non-digital.
