Abstract
Bertani Cap Tikus merupakan suatu kata yang digunakan untuk proses pembuatan Cap Tikus. Sedangkan Cap Tikus itu sendiri adalah minuman alkohol tradisional khas Minahasa yang merupakan hasil fermentasi dan penyulingan Air Nira dari Pohon Aren, atau masyarakat Minahasa biasa menyebutnya Pohon Seho. Selain dimanfaatkan untuk pembuatan Cap Tikus, pohon Seho masih memiliki banyak manfaat yang lain dan memiliki keuntungan ekonomi yang tinggi karena semua bagian pohon tersebut dapat dijadikan sebuah produk untuk dijual. Tugas Akhir ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada para pembaca tentang proses pembuatan Cap Tikus, memberi sebuah gambaran untuk para pembaca tentang cara penyajian Cap Tikus dalam perspektif penduduk lokal, dan untuk mengetahui Cap Tikus yang digunakan sebagai tradisi. Pengambilan data dalam Tugas Akhir ini diambil dengan metode kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan dengan menganalisis jurnal-jurnal yang sudah terbit dan mengobservasi langsung tempat pembuatan Cap Tikus.
