Abstract
Pergeseran tren kunjungan Mal di Jakarta semakin terasa sejak terjadinya Pandemi Covid-19 di tahun 2020. Walaupun Mal Central Park dan Mal Taman Anggrek merupakan salah satu mal dengan kunjungan terbanyak di kala pandemi, namun tren penurunan jumlah kunjungan tetap menjadi momok. Penelitian permasalahan dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif kuantitatif, melalui kuesioner, survei, dan observasi langsung pada tapak untuk mengetahui faktor yang mungkin dioptimalisasi dalam mempertahankan kedua bangunan tetap prima dalam menjalankan fungsi komersialnya. Masalah yang terjadi adalah kurangnya akses dan konektivitas antar bangunan dan fasilitas transportasi umum. Maka, solusi arsitektur yang mungkin dilakukan adalah dengan merancang sebuah urban hub sebagai koneksi kolaborasi untuk memperbesar titik magnet konsumsi guna meningkatkan sosial dan ekonomi kawasan.
