Abstract
Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia mengalami kenaikan sejak Pandemic Covid-19. Sejak 10 tahun terakhir, tren pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia cenderung meningkat meskipun terlihat fluktuatif.Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang membaik ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah kewirausahaan. Kewirausahaan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia karena dapat mengurangi pengangguran melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja meski begitu angka entrepreneur di Indonesia masih kurang dan pemerintah Indonesia pun sedang gencar-gencarnya meningkatkan angka kewirausahaan khususnya mahasiswa/i sebagai generasi penerus. Salah satu institusi pendidikan yang mendukung pertumbuhan wirausaha adalah Universitas Agung Podomoro melalui adanya jurusan entrepreneurship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Perceived Behavioral Control, Inspiring Role Models, dan Attitude towards Entrepreneurship terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Jurusan Entrepreneurship Universitas Agung Podomoro. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan dilakukan kepada 93 mahasiswa jurusan Entrepreneurship di Universitas Agung Podomoro. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Attitude towards Entrepreneurship dan Inspiring Role Models adalah faktor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membantu secara khusus terhadap Entrepreneurship Universitas Agung Podomoro dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajarannya dan mencetak lebih banyak lulusan entrepreneur.
