Abstract
In a period where everything is digitalized, it isn’t rare for a produc or service selling company to market their products by utilizing social media. One of the most used social media platform is Instagram. A five-star hotel located in Indonesia, Alila SCBD Jakarta, also owns and manages their own Instagram account. This research discusses a study done by the author regarding the audience’s perception towards Alila SCBD Jakarta’s brand image based on the photos published by the latter’s Instagram account. The data collection method used in this research is by performing semi-structured interviews where the data is analyzed using qualitative method, where it was then found that the audience were able to identify Alia SCBD Jakarta’s brand image based on those published images.
