Abstract

Urban Tourism merupakan salah satu pilihan pariwisata bagi penduduk perkotaan dimana pusat perbelanjaan menjadi destinasi wisata. Penting bagi manajemen wisata mengetahui motivasi wisatawan dan daya tarik wisata yang digemari oleh para wisatawan menjadi faktor untuk mengambil keputusan berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh motivasi wisatawan dan daya tarik wisata terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Central Park Mall. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan sampel yang diambil menggunakan metode accidental samping. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; (1) motivasi wisatawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, (2) daya tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, (3) motivasi wisatawan dan daya tarik wisata secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung.
