Abstract
Storytelling ini di lakukan untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara wisata kuliner legendaris dapat bertahan di jaman modern ini, dan dapat bertahan dari dampak negative yang disebebkan oleh adanya pandemic covid-19. Pengumpulan data yang di lakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara langsung ke pemilik kedai soto kuning pak yusup. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari segi mempertahankan rasa yang disajikan, lebih memikirkan kenyamanan para pelanggan serta inovasi yang akan dilakukan kedepannya untuk mempertahankan kedai ini sangat berpengaruh.
