Abstract

Tujuan dari proyek akhir ini adalah untuk merencanakan dan memberikan laporan mengenai nilai yang dapat diberikan kepada klien korporat dalam bisnis hadiah, dalam hal ini MERCI HAMPERS. Dengan adanya industri kreatif yang sedang meningkat pesat di Indonesia dan bidang bisnis hadiah yang diprediksi akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 9% dalam tahun 2021, MERCI HAMPERS masih kekurangan sumber daya untuk menarik konsumen Business-to-Customer. Untuk membedakan dengan bisnis lainnya, MERCI HAMPERS memiliki pilihan untuk menjangkau pasar Business-to-Business. Dengan metode blue ocean, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan alat analisis seperti politik, ekonomi, sosial dan teknologi (PEST), analisis kompetitif untuk menganalisa lingkungan eksternal dan analisis desain proposisi nilai untuk mencari proposisi nilai yang tepat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar Business-to-Business dan merencanakan pemasaran, operasi, sumber daya manusia dan rencana keuangan untuk mencapai KPI bisnis. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa konsumen Business-to-Business memerlukan pelayanan yang cepat dan berkualitas dari MERCI HAMPERS.
