Abstract
Sebagai penggerak ekonomi nasional, perusahaan keluarga sering menghadapi tantangan berupa perselisihan antaranggota serta ketidakjelasan penerus usaha yang mengakibatkan kegagalan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelusuri efek kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi pada kinerja karyawan perusahaan keluarga. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran survei. Temuan menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional berdampak menguntungkan bagi kinerja karyawan, didukung oleh budaya organisasi yang memperkuat pencapaian kerja.
