Abstract

This Marketing Mix Research was conducted at FourPointsBySheraton Bali Hotel, Seminyak which has 121 rooms, 3 restaurants, facilities such as a Fitness Center, Spa, Swimming Pool, etc. Bali's FourPointsBySheraton Hotel, Seminyak has been running to its full potential, and is looking for the most dominant 4P. With the maximum efforts of the marketing mix so that it can be anticipated in competition with other hotels. By doing the Marketing Mix, the sales made by the hotel will also increase and experience promising growth. This study describes Qualitative Descriptions conducted by interviews with three sources, secondary data, data taken directly from the field through observations which showed a lack of development of the role of the marketing mix at FourPoints hotels which must be improved again. Some of the problems here are also Promotions that are less than optimal and have different responses during the interview process, the price is quite expensive and Service Quality is important to make consumers loyal to the products provided.
