Abstract
Tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk menganalisa bisnis Banteng. Dimana Banteng merupakan bisnis baju olahraga menggunakan bahan-bahan berkualitas dan menjualnya dengan harga level produk baju olahraga lokal. Secara singkat, Banteng menyediakan konsumen orang Indonesia yang membeli baju olahraga dengan baju olahraga berkualitas dengan harga terjangkau. Konklusi dari analisa ini adalah bisnis Banteng merupakan jawaban akan kebutuhan konsumen untuk membeli baju olahraga berkualitas dengan harga terjangkau yang dimana bisa bersaing dengan harga produk baju olahraga lokal namun juga bisa memberikan kualitas produk baju olahraga non-lokal.
