Abstract

Analyzing Gaps in Student Affairs and Expectations in Lecturers at the University of Healthcare University's Business Studies Business Program is an important part of student progress and comfort while pursuing Education at Healthcare Univeristy for faculty and staff. The Effectiveness of Service Program This study aims to find out how far the University / Podmoreconomic University is utilizing the maximum service provided by the faculty of each course such as how to teach the faculty and facilities used by the student for the particular course. With the availability of these data the faculty and staff can improve the deficiencies and improve the service based on the data obtained. Based on the analysis of gaps in the realities and expectations of the business executive / i The highest rated hotel is A.B (FOP) subject with the highest value of 10 randomly selected data with a difference of 0.43. For the lowest assessment was the subject of the lowest NP value with a negative difference of -1.13. Of the 10 samples, 8 showed negative gap values. For the data of the average value of 5 out of 10 subjects in value above 4 and for the average of the true value of 8 out of 10 subjects in value above 4. It can be deduced from the average value of the fact that the Hotel Business product is the service of the Hotel Business product for the student / I still need to improve because the 5 subject values are below 4. The Hotel Business Producer in the future can improve the quality of service for the negative and for the positive value of its service quality to maintain and improve.
