Abstract
Indonesia merupakan negara terbesar di Asia Tenggara yang terdiri dari 17.000 pulau. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa varian makanan Indonesia memberikan dampak yang kuat bagi dunia kuliner. Dari semua varian makanan yang ada di Indonesia, ada satu hidangan yang paling berkesan bagi saya, yaitu Hokkian Lomie. Hokkian Lomie adalah hidangan mie yang terdiri dari mie, kuah kental, sayuran, dan daging. Lomie Thua Tou adalah salah satu restoran terbaik di Jakarta yang memiliki cita rasa otentik masakan Hokkian Lomie.
