Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan Zahir Online menggunakan model UTAUT. Penerimaan Zahir Online dianalisis dengan menggunakan harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, pengaruh sosial, kondisi memfasilitasi dan niat perilaku. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif periode tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan Zahir Online berdasarkan pengaruh sosial dan niat perilaku meningkat, tetapi penerimaan berdasarkan harapan kinerja, harapan upaya dan kondisi memfasilitasi tidak memenuhi persyaratan. seperti seharusnya. Meski demikian, Zahir Online dapat beroperasi tanpa kendala dan terus bertambah penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, meskipun Zahir Online terkena dampak dari pandemi COVID-19, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Zahir Online memiliki pengaruh yang kuat selama masa pandemi.
