Abstract
Kanker merupakan salah satu penyakit keras yang dapat melemahkan kondisi fisik maupun psikis pasien yang mengidapnya. Selain aspek medis, aspek psikis juga berperan. Kemudian dengan keterbatasan biaya, sehingga jasa BPJS menjadi pilihan. Namun, kondisi sistem yang belum efektif dan belum menjamah ke daerah luar kota membuat banyak pasien kanker dari luar kota dirujuk untuk berobat ke Jakarta kemudian memunculkan kebutuhan akomodasi ketika mereka melakukan pengobatan dalam jangka panjang. Sehingga, diperlukan adanya Cancer Care dalam bentuk wadah fisik yang dapat mewadahi kebutuhan psikologis dan akomodasi pasien kanker BPJS berdomisili luar kota, dengan menawarkan lingkungan fisik yang mendukung kesehatan psikologis pasien dengan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien maupun pendampingnya yang diwujudkan melalui pendekatan prinsip dari healing architecture. Perancangan ini dilakukan di Jakarta Pusat dengan rumah sakit rujukan RSCM sebagai salah satu yang banyak menerima pasien dengan kondisi terminal. Dilakukannya metode penelitian analisa konten antara prinsip dari healing architecture, dengan kebutuhan dari kondisi psikologis pasien dari umur, dari ketentuan tipologi hospis dan studi preseden. Hasil analisa menghasilkan panduan untuk merancang cancer care dengan prinsip healing architecture. Hasil akhir dari perancangan ini adalah simulasi perancangan yang menerapkan prinsip tersebut dengan harapan dapat menjadi salah satu contoh dari penerapan healing architecture pada Cancer Care di Jakarta.
