Abstract
Studi ini menyelidiki hubungan antara faktor-faktor demografis (gender, usia, status sosial ekonomi), entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan locus of control terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada mahasiswa universitas swasta di DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. SPSS digunakan untuk menguji hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas dengan total 341 siswa dikumpulkan menggunakan self-administered questionnaire. Hipotesis penelitian dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan locus of control berkorelasi signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention, sedangkan faktor demografis tidak memiliki korelasi terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Penelitian ini dapat membantu individu, lembaga pendidikan dan pemerintah untuk mengetahui apa yang terkait dengan keinginan seseorang untuk menjadi wirausaha.
