Abstract

enyimpanan bahan pangan adalah hal terpenting dalam suatu industri hotel atau restoran.Penyimpanan bahan pangan bertujuan mencegah terjadinya kerusakan pada makanan sehingga kualitas tetap terjaga dan juga agar bahan pangan tertata rapih.Bahan pangan yang tidak disimpan atau tertata dengan rapih akan mengahambat karyawan dalam mengambil bahan untuk diolah. Maka dari itu, peneliti memutuskan untuk meneliti sistem pengaturan penyimpanan bahan pangan di Emilie French Restaurant. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan data primer berupa wawancara dan data sekunder dokumentasi statistik.
