Abstract
Industri konstruksi merupakan industri yang unik dan tingkat kompleksitas yang tinggi. Tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja konstruksi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keselamatan konstruksi belum diterapkan dengan baik. Ada beberapa faktor manajemen keselamatan kerja konstruksi yang memengaruhi kinerja keselamatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja keselamatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada kontraktor proyek gedung tinggi di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Relative Importance Index (RII) digunakan untuk pengolahan data mencari faktor yang paling dominan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa menyediakan APD merupakan faktor paling penting dalam manajemen keselamatan konstruksi. Temuan penelitian menghasilkan lima faktor terpenting yaitu menyediakan APD (0,932); menyediakan peralatan pendukung K3 (0,929); mengadakan pertemuan K3 (0,929); membuat analisis risiko bahaya pekerjaan (0,929); dan memeriksa kondisi alat berat konstruksi (0,919). Temuan aktivitas penting dapat digunakan kontraktor sebagai pertimbangan untuk membuat job value.
