Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program marketing yang telah dilaksanakan di hotel Pullman Jakarta Central Park. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 10 orang yaitu dari department sales (4 orang), marketing (3 orang), guest relition (1 orang) dan front office (2 orang). Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini menggunakan interview dengan panduan wawancara, data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis ethnography. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pullman Jakarta Central Park sebagai salah satu anggota dari Accor Group mendapatkan dampak yang begitu besar oleh program membership yang telah dijalankan. Selain itu beberapa plus point seperti design dengan nuansa art contentporer, lokasi yang sangat strategis, fasilitas memadai, serta kualitas service yang baik menjadi daya tarik bagi para tamu untuk menjadi loyal guest dari Hotel Pullman Jakarta Central Park.
