Abstract
Dalam membuat perencanaan untuk membangun sebuah proyek bangunan, diperlukan adanya QTO (Quantity Take Off) yaitu suatu pengukuran perhitungan volume keseluruhan bangunan secara rinci. Perhitungan QTO dapat dilakukan dengan 2 (dua) metode, yaitu metode perhitungan secara manual dengan menggunakan aturan SMPI (Standard Metode Pengukuran Indonesia) dan metode perhitungan secara digital dengan menggunakan BIM (Building Information Modeling). BIM yang digunakan pada perhitungan proyek ini adalah perangkat lunak Autodesk Revit. Kedua metode tersebut memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya masing-masing, serta mempunyai potensi menghasilkan hasil perhitungan volume yang berbeda. Maka dari itu, kedua metode tersebut digunakan pada proyek akhir ini dan hasil perhitungannya akan dibandingkan. Hasil total volume pekerjaan akan dituangkan ke dalam sebuah dokumen konstruksi yang bernama BQ (Bill of Quantity). Proyek akhir ini menghasilkan BQ pekerjaan struktur pada proyek bangunan sekolah. BQ akan menghasilkan perhitungan baik dari perhitungan BIM (Revit) maupun perhitungan manual (SMPI). Hasil perhitungan BIM (Revit) untuk beton adalah 203.17 m3, tulangan besi adalah 24401.41 kg, dan bekisting adalah 2271.66 m2. Hasil perhitungan manual (SMPI) untuk beton adalah 202.88 m3, tulangan besi adalah 24521.19 kg, dan bekisting adalah 2269.99 m2. Perbedaan hasil perhitungan paling besar terletak pada jumlah panjang tulangan besi yang tidak seragam. Maka dari itu, pemodelan 3D pada perangkat lunak Revit harus memiliki keahlian khusus.
