Abstract
Alas kaki adalah salah satu kebutuhan primer yang tidak pernah dapat dipisahkan dari kebutuhan manusia. Seiring perkembangan zaman, alas kaki yang semula hanya digunakan sebagai jalan kini menjadi bagian dari fashion. Fashion adalah gaya penampilan yang terlihat menarik bagi orang lain. Industri fashion berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Habit Slides adalah salah satu pemain baru di industri fashion, dengan fokus memproduksi salah satu bagian penting dari fashion, yaitu alas kaki. Alas kaki yang diproduksi oleh Habit Slides adalah sandal slides yang terbuat dari EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acitate) yang merupakan jenis baru dari busa plastik ramah lingkungan. EVA adalah bahan yang biasanya diterapkan pada sepatu basket, sepatu lari dan sepatu olahraga lainnya yang membutuhkan kenyamanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Habit Slides ingin mengetahui seberapa besar minat konsumen terhadap jenis sandal slide dalam menggunakan perencanaan bisnis. Metode yang digunakan untuk perencanaan bisnis adalah Desain Proposisi Nilai, Kanvas Model Bisnis, dan Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian dari kuesioner didapatkan 3 variabel yaitu Pekerjaan Pelanggan, Rasa Sakit Pelanggan, dan Keuntungan Pelanggan
