Abstract
Studi telah menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mc'Donalds Graha Raya Tangerang. Sebanyak 100 penelitian repondent diperiksa dengan metode convenience sampling. Responden diberi pertanyaan tertutup dengan pengukuran variabel skala likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda dari program windows SPSS. Hasil penelitian telah ditunjukkan dalam statistik uji f dengan nilai signifikan 0,0000 lebih kecil dari signifikan alfa (0,05) dengan kesimpulan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga produk sama-sama mempengaruhi signifikansi.
