Abstract

Penyimpanan bahan pangan adalah ha! terpenting dalam suaru industri hotel atau restoran.Penyimpanan bahan pangan bertujuan meucegah terjadinya kerusakan pada makanan sehingga kualitas terap terjaga dan juga agar bahan pangan tertara rapih.Bahan pangan yang tidak disimpan atau tertata dengan rapih akan mengahambat karyawan dalam mengambil bahan untuk diolah. Maka dari iru, peneliti memutuskan untuk meneliti sistem pengaturan peuyimpanan bahan pangan di Emilie French Restaurant. Penelitian menggunakau merode penelitian deskriptif dengan data pruner berupa wawancara dan data sekunder dokumentasi statistik.
