Abstract
Universitas Agung Podomoro adalah salah satu Universitas di Jakarta. Salah satu program studinya adalah program bisnis hotel yang mengajarkan tentang industri perhotelan. Program ini juga menyediakan beberapa laboratorium untuk digunakan siswanya. Banyak pelajaran membutuhkan laboratorium untuk pendidikan mereka, seperti makanan dan produksi pelajaran ini menggunakan laboratorium dapur untuk pelajaran praktis mereka. Kepuasan siswa akan laboratorium dapur. Kepuasan dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek seperti kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, harga, faktor emosional dan kenyamanan. Siswa puas ketika apa yang mereka harapkan sesuai dengan apa yang mereka peroleh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Bisnis Hotel di Universitas Agung Podomoro. Total populasi penelitian ini adalah 100 siswa dari angkatan 2016 dan 2017. Hasil penelitian ini, mayoritas merasa puas dari kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, harga, faktor emosional dan aspek kenyamanan. Tetapi beberapa siswa tidak puas dengan laboratorium dapur, beberapa merasa lantai di laboratorium dapur licin
