Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah mengenai analisis servicecape terhadap resto(studi kasus Tanel Resto). Servicecape sudah menjadi hal yang seharusnya selalu diterapkan apabila ingin membangun sebuah usaha di bidang restoran, tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah servicecape sudah di terapkan dengan baik dan benar di tanel resto tersebut. Banyak pengusaha awal yang menjalankan usaha di bidang restoran terkadang hanya mementingkan kualitas dari produk usaha tersebut, namun tidak memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan sekitarnya dan aspek lain yang menunjang kepuasan konsumen. Dengan menggunakan metode Kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara pada Owner hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tanel resto menerapkan Servicescape di restoran mereka dan apakah memang Servicescape berdampak kepada keuntungan resto mereka.
