Abstract
Jakarta sebagai kota yang modern dengan akses yang mudah untuk mendapatkan apa yang dinginkan, seperti memesan kendaraan secara online, berbelanja online, hingga membeli makanan secara online. Sifat ini membuat kecenderungan masyarakat menjadi malas bergerak sehingga sedikit demi sedikit tercipta penumpukan lemak yang menyebabkan seseorang menjadi kelebihan berat badan dan jika lanjutkan seperti itu terus maka orang tersebut dapat terkena penyakit obesitas. Masyarakat yang mengalami kelebihan berat badan akan memikir kembali apakah mau untuk mengubah pola hidupnya untuk berolahraga di pusat kebugaran. Namun, nyatanya timbul rasa tidak nyaman saat mencoba pergi ke pusat kebugaran dikarenakan menganggap bahwa pusat kebugaran bukan hanya untuk orang yang berotot saja. Namun sebenarnya pusat kebugaran wajib digunakan bagi setiap orang untuk membugarkan dirinya. Dengan perancangan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan desain pusat kebugaran yang khusus untuk masyarakat yang kelebihan berat badan dan obesitas agar dapat kembali hidup sehat dengan nyaman berolahraga di pusat kebugaran. Pusat kebugaran juga dilengkapi dengan program ruang pendukung yang membatu masyarakat mengerti akan pentingnya pola hidup sehat.
