Abstract
Industri Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) di Indonesia merupakan pasar yang sangat berpotensi. Salah satu produk yang tergolong di dalamnya adalah produk makanan ringan/snack dengan pertumbuhan penjualan yang kuat. Hal ini didukung dengan tingginya kebiasaan snacking masyarakat Indonesia. Melihat tren pariwisata Indonesia dan kebiasaan membeli oleh-oleh, makanan ringan sebagai salah satu produk oleh-oleh juga sangat diminati. Dengan diketahuinya hal tersebut, SLAVENS Snack Indonesia berfokus pada perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis snack khususnya snack tradisional Indonesia. Laporan ini akan memuat perencanaan dan analisis bisnis dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas, SWOT, dan Financial Plan. Dari hasil analisis, selanjutnya akan disusun strategi pengembangan bisnis SLAVENS Snack Indonesia.
