Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan proses pembuatan serta memberikan informasi terkait kualitas dari Kopi Lampung kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada proses pembuatan kopi Lampung, kopi Lampung yang diobservasi adalah kopi Lampung dari El’s Coffee Di Kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah capstone project storytelling, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei, wawancara dan observasi. Survei dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Data ditampilkan dalam bentuk video storytelling dengan teknik voice over. Proses pembuatan video storytelling dilakukan dengan proses shooting dengan skrip dan skenario yang telah ditentukan, sinkronisasi cerita dan data dengan shooting, dan editing. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penggambaran proses pembuatan kopi Lampung di El’s Coffee. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat di bidang dan ilmu pariwisata Kota Bandar Lampung dan dibidang bisnis bagi El’s Coffee untuk meningkatkan daya tarik pengunjung. Penelitian ini juga bermanfaat untuk perekonomian Kota Bandar Lampung jika dikelola sebagai tempat pariwisata pengolahan kopi Lampung.
