Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-commerce terhadap kinerja bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang akan membandingkan penjualan toko Aneka Bangunan Jaya yang menjual melalui e-commerce dengan toko Putra Jaya yang menjual secara konvensional. Penelitian ini akan melakukan dokumentasi, dan riwayat hidup pemilik Aneka Bangunan Jaya. Hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan bahwa ada 6 faktor e-commerce yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bisnis, yaitu produk, tempat, metode pengiriman, ulasan, layanan, dan promosi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 6 faktor tersebut merupakan faktor penting baik bagi penjual offline maupun online namun memiliki metode yang berbeda. Selain itu, penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce berdampak positif bagi Aneka Bangunan Jaya karena akan terus meningkatkan penjualan dari waktu ke waktu sesuai dengan minat beli pelanggan yang telah mengalami perubahan ke arah online dan terjadi perubahan pola pembelian. Peneliti juga merekomendasikan para penjual offline untuk dapat mulai beralih ke penjualan online karena kedepannya bisnis online dengan menggunakan e-commerce akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja bisnis dan lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan penjualan offline. Selain itu, peneliti juga memberikan saran bagi Aneka Bangunan Jaya untuk lebih meningkatkan penjualan dan kinerja bisnis di e-commerce Aneka Bangunan Jaya.
