Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan uji kelayakan usaha untuk produk Tempe Bray. Produk Tempe Bray merupakan produk keripik tempe sagu yang memiliki varian rasa yang unik yaitu Rendang Daging Sapi, Sate Padang dan Soto Betawi. Ide bisnis ini terinspirasi dari tingginya permintaan produk snack. Tempe Bray menjadi solusi bagi pecinta keripik tempe yang bosan dengan rasa yang ada di pasaran saat ini. Target pasar yang dituju adalah anak muda yang memiliki ketertarikan dengan makanan khas Indonesia dan produk crunchy. Uji kelayakan usaha ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis antara lain analisis pasar, analisis pesaing, keunggulan kompetitif produk termasuk aspek keuangan seperti proyeksi biaya operasional, proyeksi biaya pengembangan, proyeksi pendapatan, proyeksi laba rugi terhadap proyeksi arus kas. Dari hasil uji kelayakan, diperoleh informasi bahwa bisnis ini akan mencapai break event point (BEP) pada tahun pertama dan pengembalian investasi (ROI) sebesar 156,3%.
