Abstract
berlokasi di Bandung. Menu yang ditawarkan merupakan kombinasi dari tiga negara yaitu China, Indonesia dan Belanda. Produk best seller mereka adalah kopi dan selai srikaya. Namanya memang kedai kopi tetapi mereka juga menyediakan hidangan utama seperti nasi goreng, bakso ayam, dll. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan mewawancarai narasumber terkait. Hasil dari ini Studi menunjukkan bahwa selama pandemi untuk mempertahankan bisnis mereka, mereka hanya mengikuti aturan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah dan cara Warung Kopi Purnama melestarikannya bisnis adalah dengan menjaga keaslian suasana, makanan dan cara itu disajikan. Juga pelanggan senang untuk kembali lagi karena mereka konsistensi.
