Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan sejarah di balik Soto Kuning Pak Bongkok. Untuk mengetahui proses bisnis Soto Kuning Pak Bongkok, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses bisnisnya, Soto Kuning Pak Bongkok mendominasi 2 kunci elemen dalam teori BMC atau Business Model Canvas, yaitu hubungan dengan pelanggan dan Kunci Sumber Daya karena hubungan yang kuat antara pelanggan dan manajer Soto Kuning Pak Bongkok. Serta elemen pendukung seperti lokasi yang strategis, menjadikan Soto Kuning Pak Bongkok diminati oleh pelanggan setianya.
