Abstract
Rencana Bisnis Maia ‘The Playful Sanctuary’ ini merupakan rencana yang bertujuan untuk membantu memenuhi kepuasan mahasiswa di daerah Jakarta Barat dengan fasilitas kos yang memadai. Maia kos yang beralamat di Jl. Tanjung Duren Raya no.5 ini memiliki tempat yang sangat strategis karena berdekatan dengan mall, supermarket, pasar tradisional, wisata kuliner, rumah sakit dan beberapa kampus yang ada di Jakarta Barat. Kos ini memiliki konsep modern dilengkapi dengan fasilitas keamanan canggih yang didukung dengan adanya cctv dan juga smart lock door yang terpasang disetiap kamar. Fasilitas hiburan modern lainnya yang tidak dimiliki oleh kos yaitu area mini gym, area working space, area ps dan juga ara rooftop. Dengan berbagai kelebihan fasilitas yang ada di Maia Kos ini akan memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa yang tentunya sesuai dengan judul rencana bisnis ini yaitu sebagai tempat tinggal yang memberikan kesenangan dan juga keamanan. Kesimpulannya Maia Kos ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa yang ada di Jakarta Barat dengan lokasi yang strategis dan fasilitas hiburan yang memadahi.
