Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan anti korupsi dengan menguji pengaruh independensi dewan komisaris, kepemilikan pemerintah, ukuran perusahaan, dan media exposure secara parsial terhadap pengungkapan anti korupsi. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 perusahaan peserta Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating periode 2018–2020 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang tersedia dalam laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) untuk menguji hipotesis. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi outer loadings test, R Square, dan signifikansi koefisien jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media exposure berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan antikorupsi, sedangkan independensi dewan komisaris, kepemilikan pemerintah, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan antikorupsi.
